當(dāng)前，我國(guó)正處于新舊動(dòng)能轉(zhuǎn)換的關(guān)鍵時(shí)期，各行業(yè)的高質(zhì)量創(chuàng)新發(fā)展被愈加關(guān)注。半導(dǎo)體產(chǎn)業(yè)作為科技領(lǐng)域的基礎(chǔ)性產(chǎn)業(yè)，重要程度與日俱增，產(chǎn)業(yè)規(guī)模及市場(chǎng)需求也不斷放大，進(jìn)而推動(dòng)著更多電子廠房的新建與改造，而在這一過程中，雄厚的人才與技術(shù)力量是重要保障，因此建立更加完善的人才培養(yǎng)體系，獲得更加卓越的數(shù)字化能力，已成為企業(yè)及行業(yè)加速發(fā)展的“必要條件”。對(duì)此，張宗明在其演講中表示：“由于正處快速發(fā)展期，半導(dǎo)體行業(yè)當(dāng)前對(duì)人才和技術(shù)的需求極為迫切。施耐德電氣在人才培養(yǎng)和技術(shù)創(chuàng)新方面均建立了完善的體系，不但針對(duì)院校及企業(yè)分別制定了相應(yīng)策略并付諸行動(dòng)，為自身及行業(yè)合作伙伴不斷輸送高端人才，還憑借多年來(lái)積累的豐富經(jīng)驗(yàn)，并基于EcoStruxure Power智能配電解決方案充分利用數(shù)據(jù)價(jià)值，形成對(duì)客戶及電子廠房運(yùn)營(yíng)管理的數(shù)字化賦能，保障可靠供電，助力高效精益生產(chǎn)和綠色可持續(xù)發(fā)展。這些也正是施耐德電氣一直走在能源管理領(lǐng)域前沿的重要依托。” 近年來(lái)，施耐德電氣在推進(jìn)人才培養(yǎng)合作方面取得了顯著的成績(jī)。自2006年起，陸續(xù)與國(guó)內(nèi)眾多大學(xué)展開了多元及深入的合作，截至目前已與100余所院校建立了合作關(guān)系；同時(shí)，依托“碧播職業(yè)教育計(jì)劃“，為70所職業(yè)院校，500余名教師提供了專業(yè)培訓(xùn)，受益學(xué)生超過46000名，為行業(yè)源源不斷地輸送高端人才。此外，施耐德電氣還特別針對(duì)企業(yè)開設(shè)了智能配電工程應(yīng)用大學(xué)，以”一個(gè)核心——EcoStruxure Power智能配電架構(gòu)，兩個(gè)重點(diǎn)——標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化執(zhí)行力&創(chuàng)新影響力，及三個(gè)行動(dòng)方向——學(xué)習(xí)和研究，培訓(xùn)和分享，推動(dòng)和支持“為導(dǎo)向，賦能在職人員對(duì)數(shù)字化產(chǎn)品及方案、架構(gòu)及應(yīng)用的熟練掌握，從而提高企業(yè)及合作伙伴的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。

正是憑借這些卓越表現(xiàn)，施耐德電氣接連榮獲了包括“《財(cái)富》雜志2019年全球最受贊賞公司、社會(huì)責(zé)任大會(huì)2019年度可持續(xù)貢獻(xiàn)獎(jiǎng)”等眾多社會(huì)組織或媒體頒發(fā)的獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)，品牌影響力也得以不斷提升。而在技術(shù)創(chuàng)新方面，結(jié)合電子廠房區(qū)域分布復(fù)雜，以及對(duì)廠房潔凈度和供電連續(xù)性的苛刻要求，施耐德電氣基于EcoStruxure架構(gòu)與平臺(tái)，通過在互聯(lián)互通的產(chǎn)品，邊緣控制，應(yīng)用、分析與服務(wù)三個(gè)層面的不斷創(chuàng)新，打造了可滿足多種電子廠房應(yīng)用場(chǎng)景需求的智能配電解決方案，形成全面覆蓋從中低壓配電設(shè)施，到工藝配電設(shè)備的系統(tǒng)架構(gòu)，利用數(shù)據(jù)的實(shí)時(shí)精準(zhǔn)采集與專業(yè)分析，打破各系統(tǒng)間的信息孤島，加強(qiáng)供配電設(shè)備及系統(tǒng)的互聯(lián)可靠性，更好地保障廠房全年7*24小時(shí)不間斷、高質(zhì)量供電，增加50%設(shè)備可靠性，降低25%事故頻次，節(jié)約成本約30%，減少碳足跡50%，從而提升約85%的節(jié)能增效水平，為新一代電子廠房建設(shè)運(yùn)營(yíng)及綠色可持續(xù)發(fā)展保駕護(hù)航。
